Patricia O'Donnell, MS, LPC, NCC, CAADC

Patricia is a Licensed Professional Counselor and a National Certified Counselor. She earned her Master's Degree in Mental Health Counseling from Shippensburg University and her Bachelor's Degree in Organizational Behavior/Applied Psychology from Albright College.
She is trained in Trauma- Focused Cognitive Behavior Therapy (TF-CBT) and has extensive experience working with survivors of domestic violence. Patricia has nearly 20 years of experience working with adults and adolescents. Her clinical specialties include, healing from trauma and abuse, anxiety, depression, improving self-esteem, and coping with grief & loss. Other areas of specialty include working with the LBGTQIA+ community, individuals and families whose lives have been impacted by substance use disorders, as well as problem gambling.

Blue Mountain Counseling provides psychotherapy counseling services for individuals navigating anxiety, depression, life transitions, or grief & loss.
Couples Counseling
Working with couples to help them meet their relationship goals such as improved communication, rebuilding trust, and working towards a deeper connection.
Adolescent Counseling
Counseling services for adolescents between ages 13-17 such as building self-esteem, developing skills to manage anxiety, and navigating peer relationships.
